Preorder Policy

What is a Preorder?

Preorder is purchasing an item in advance prior to release date. All preorders will shipped on the date of release of that item.

When will my order going to be ship with Preorder item?

Orders that contain an preorder item will all be shipped once all item on the invoice are available. Please check the description for the release and shipping date of the preorder item.

Can I have the available item of my order shipped immediately? 

Yes, you can. It will be treated as a separate order and all available items can be shipped immediately. An extra shipping cost will apply or free shipping if eligible.

Preorder Payment

All preorders required upfront payment.

Preorder Cancellation

A 5% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund amount of the cancel preorder item(s). Cancellation fee is non negotiable.

Delayed Preorder item

If the pre-order item release date is delayed by the manufacturer, we will immediately notify customers by email or phone. You have the option to wait or get a full refund without the restocking fee.

Oversold Preorder item

If we cancel your preorder due to short supply and unable to fulfill the order, we will give you a full refund. We will also give you 5% store credit for our mistake of overselling.
