Return policy guidelines 

It’s understandable that people change their mind regarding their purchases which is why we offer 30 days return policy. 

 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and is still in its original form,  the same condition that you received it and It must also be in the original packaging.  

 Returns made after 30 days of the orders delivery date will not be accepted.

 Only regular priced item will be refunded if eligible. Unfortunately sale items are all final sales and can’t be refunded.

 Please note that we do not accept return in Singles Card in any game form.

 Item Return

 Please email us at hobbystoptcg@gmail.com. On the title please mention “return” plus your “order number”. In the Email, include the item that you wish to return and include the reason.  

 Return shipping cost will be at the customer expense. If the item is value at over $75, kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Policy - If eligible

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.

If eligible, merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment after the inspection of the returned item.

 Please note that there is processing time before a refund is reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we do not have a exchange policy. Check return guidelines if you are eligible. Once your order has been returned and refunded, you can place a new order for your preferred items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are all final sale and cannot be refunded.
